A menstrual cup or period cup is a small, flexible cup made of silicone that is inserted in your vagina during your period. It is designed to catch and collect your flow.

When on your period, you use it by folding and inserting the cup in your vagina. Once inserted, the folded cup will "pop" open. That way it creates a seal, which ensures that your flow drips in the cup and prevents it from leaking. Used correctly, you shouldn't feel your cup inside you the whole time you're wearing it.

To remove it, you pull the ring sticking out the bottom and pinch the base to release the seal. The GiGi cup is especially designed for incredible comfort during wear and removal because of the small ring at the base of our cup.
